1-Understand fear and embrace it:

It is beneficial for you to feel your anger and all your other emotions. They are an expression of your life instinct, which is striving for what is good and just. Your anger pulls you out of your apathy. If it pleases you, express it by shouting or how you want without hurting anyone. For once, give yourself fully to your sadness so that it can depart.

3-Make a list of all your fears:

Some of the most common fears include public speaking, rejection by a loved one, meeting someone new, and making a mistake… It is important to be as specific as possible about the thing that you are afraid of. Omitting any details is not helpful. Once you have made your list, review it and prioritize your fears from most to least intense.

4-Determine where your fears come from:

You should take a close look at your weaknesses in order to understand yourself better. By isolating yourself and examining your weaknesses, you can identify them and learn from them. Make a list of your fears and try to figure out where they come from. Oftentimes, fear stems from ego. It’s important to be happy, not just comfortable. Life is tough, and if you just stay where you’re at, you’ll never grow. To become the person you want to be, you first have to face your fears.
