What is Goals :
Our goals are what we aim to achieve in life. They are the things we want to become, the things we want to have, the things we want to do. They are the things we want to become. They are the things we want to have.

1-Find your passions:

2-Write down your goal:
Write your goal down somewhere on a piece of paper or anywhere. This becomes a statement of intent. The act of writing down your goal forces the subconscious to accept the commitment you have made to work towards your target. Writing out your goal each morning has been shown to keep you focused throughout the day.
3-Set goals you can control:
You won’t be able to achieve a goal that’s based on something you can’t control.
Your goals should not be contingent upon other people or things you have no control over. It’s important to be realistic about what you’re capable of and what you’re not.
4-Make an Action Plan:
A crucial step often missed during goal setting is planning the intermediary steps. It is easy to get caught up in the result and lose sight of what is needed to achieve it. If you want to see that you are making progress on a large or time-consuming goal, write out the individual steps and cross each one off as you complete it.

7-Take a Break:
If you want to achieve your goals more rapidly, it is important to be consistent, but don’t forget to take a break every once in a while. Rather than thinking of it as a waste of time, see it as a necessary part of the process.
There will be times when goal setting does not go as planned. You may hit obstacles that make you question why you attempted in the first place, but that is part of the process.
