1-Am I Happy With Where I Am?
Observe every aspect of your life. Ask if you are satisfied with what you have done. Are you going in the direction you want your life to be? If not, what can you do to make it happen? It’s hard not to compare our lives to our friends to measure success but to strive not to get involved in what other people have. The true measure of happiness is whether we are doing what we want and are happy with the journey ahead.
2. What am I grateful for?
Gratitude is the most important virtue of a person. To understand and appreciate all the things that have value and for which I am grateful, you must ask yourself:« So far in my life, what are all the good things, and what are all the people in my life for whom should I be grateful? Access to all the people who mean the most to you, but especially those who have been there for you in times of despair.
3. How do I want to be remembered?
This is something that I often consider part of my life’s research. I frequently ask, while my time has come, what will humans remember about me?
It might sound a little extreme, but it puts things into perspective.
4-What are the most important things I’ve learned in life?
Another very useful question when asked regularly is,« What are the most important things you have learned in life so far? » Which of the lessons changed your life and what positive and negative changes did this bring about in your life? Live based on these lessons?
5- What are my fears?
Facing your own fears is a major milestone. Overcoming fears and insecurities is only possible when you recognize what those fears are. So the next thing you should ask yourself is: What are your fears? What’s stopping you?
