When you push and force something and it just doesn’t work, it’s time to step back and reevaluate it. When we’re on the wrong track and it’s time to change something, we often find out because it feels like banging our head against a brick wall. The dead end is trying to tell us something. When something is wrong in your life, your body may react. Think about it…when it’s time to change, chances are you’re not 100% calm or happy in your mental and emotional state. So it’s time for a change! Difficult Thoughts and Feelings ,Stress, fear, worry, uneasiness, tension, doubt and unhappiness are disruptive energies and your body goes to great lengths to deal with these disruptions.
