10 Ways To Quiet Your Mind

If you have a habit of taking short, quick breaths, try to transition to slower, deeper ones. Put your hand on your belly and feel it rise and expand as you draw in air and fall as you let it out. Aim for six breaths per minute.

2-Exercise:

Of course, exercise has physical benefits, but it can also do wonders for your mind. Getting out of the head and into the body is a helpful way to direct scattered energy elsewhere. Interval runs or walks, weightlifting, kickboxing … etc all force you to focus in different ways.

3-Put it on paper:

Sometimes just putting a collection of thoughts on paper can help to quiet the mind. Your brain might just need a salvation. When you write about your feelings, you get them out of your head.
