Toxic people are those who seem to enjoy hurting others. They thrive on conflict, gossip, and seeing others in pain.
Many people have at least one toxic person in their lives. A toxic person is someone who is constantly criticizing, gossiping, and spreading negative energy. This can have a serious impact on the people around them and can even bring people down.
Toxic people don’t make sense. Some of them don’t realize how much they hurt the people around them, and others seem to get enjoyment from stirring up drama and pushing other people’s buttons.

How to Deal With Toxic People ?

It’s important to be able to deal with different kinds of people, but it’s also important to know when to walk away from toxic people. Toxic people can create a lot of unnecessary complexity and stress.

Here are a few tips for dealing with toxic people in your life:

1-Set Boundaries:

Setting firm limits with toxic people is important for your emotional and mental wellbeing. It also gives them a chance to change their behavior.
Staying true to your boundaries can be hard, especially when the toxic person is someone close to you like a family member, someone you’ve known for a while, or an authority figure. It is important to remember that you have a right to protect yourself from toxic behavior. Clearly explain your boundaries to them and what will happen if they choose to cross them.

2-Limit your time around them :

If being in a relationship is too stressful and harmful, you should think about breaking up and moving on. This may not be possible if you’re sharing a workplace or co-parenting with them.
